Even with all the high-tech media and marketing expertise at our disposal, when it comes to on-the-ground engagement with consumers sometimes nothing beats a friendly smile and a big, sparkly costume.
SugarHouse Casino became Philadelphia’s very first casino in 2010, and Indie-Life was ready to get in the game on day one. As part of its promotional strategy SugarHouse sponsored events all over the city, from XFinity Live to the annual Auto Show to the legendary Mummers Parade. And anywhere SugarHouse had a table, Indie-Life staff was there too. Our Brand Ambassadors invited visitors to play spin-the-wheel games and enter raffles for prizes and rewards cards. We staffed the SugarHouse table at the always-busy auto show for five years running, and we joined in the Mummer’s Day Parade in costumes to promote the casino and hand out information along the route.
